We have received several reports from users about potential security risks and phishing attempts. So, we are implementing some security changes to increase the security of our platform and protect our reputation.
First change we are implementing is a dedicated notification address so users can readily identify communications are coming from us. Please whitelist this address "notifications@netzycloud.us"
The second change is an "Official Communication" banner to identify the email is indeed coming from us. You will find an example below:
If you experience any questionable content you can verify the legitimacy of a communication or report security instances to support@netzycloud.us or submit a ticket in the Support Center on the forum.
